@mishyanne73 - I'm kind of new around here too and found it's been really great to connect with a community of people who understand. Not sure if you read the forum guidelines but it's an anonymous forum and I know there are a few people here who stick to pretty vague comments about their location and might just say what state they're in. One really helpful tip I recieved early is that if you put the @ symbol in front of a users name they'll be notified that you've replied and that can make it easier to chat 🙂

Oh no @Shaz51! Sorry to hear that. I was replying earlier to your thread but got distracted. I find music really helps my anxiety. Sometimes putting in headphones and thumping loud fast music can kind of help me release some of that energy. Hope Mr Shaz feels better soon.

I'm resting up at the moment. My WH (Wayward Hubby) bought so many hair conditioning products this morning that we were offered a free blow wave, so while he goes for his 5pm "lunch" at The Coffee Mall, I'm having my hair done !
Then it's bowling tonight with the kids.
