I'm off for a bit ladies. @CheerBear and @Faith-and-Hope. I have to get some housework done and a couple of simple errands to run ... will be back in a while so catch up with you later I hope. I've also promised lil-Caterpillar I will try to get the next installment of Turtle Island done.. so a bit to do before my footy watching starts.

@Former-Member Looks like we are back to morning 😂 I hope you do take some time out to sit in the sun and play with your cat. Sorry to hear about the dissociation, that must be quite frightening. I think it's only happened to me a couple of times mostly a long time ago but it was bizarre to not know where the time went. It's one piece of your puzzle though @Former-Member which you can now work on. It will all come together at some stage. Keep working in therapy because I believe you'll work it out. I don't know but if no one has told you of anything bad or out of character perhaps your dissociation might not be something to be too distressed by for now. I hope you get what you want achieved this weekend. Hopefully some time in the sun and a quick hell on the forum as well.
