Nothing

Hi everyone, a good amount of undisturbed sleep last night here, but woke feeling groggy. Still not really 'with it' quite yet. It's okay though, just adjusting at a slow pace to today. Outside the glass door I can see that the sun is shining gorgeously. Now I'm thinking about going for a walk on the beach in an hour or two. For the time being I am still sitting in my nightie doing a bit of video editing in between forum bursts.

@Faith-and-Hope, do you not have daylight savings in WA? We don't here in Qld. If that's the case, we remain the same distance in time/space from each other! Hope the day clears quickly for you and you get in some walking bliss.

@Former-Member, glad you have woken in an okay mood this morning. Eight hours sleep is a good amount, though the two hour break... well, I know broken sleep is like. Hope the Phams session goes way better than you imagined.

@CheerBear, thanks for the callout on how I am going. Was sleeping in the morning yesterday, and then out a good part of the afternoon. Last night was fragments of forum, fragments of TV, fragments of video making. Just taking things slowly and gently today.

yes got the afternoon off and the bookwork needs doing and the house needs doing -- having lunch first and Hubby is playing music clips on the the computer
