Yeah I'm okay. Have to up my dosage of anti-psychotics back to max dose. Work is stressing me out. But it is nice to be working again.

Hi @Faith-and-Hope and trust you are well. Had a very quiet day and slept quite a bit. It is very humid here with autumn not quite set in. Hope your day has gone well and for this week too. Making some good old fashioned Bonox tea as a pleasant change from tea. Take care and all good wishes to you and yours. Bimby2

Liquorice tea is a delicious, sweet herbal tea that is said to have some health benefits. I buy it in therapeutic-quality teabags from a shop on ebay. Benefits are said to include: relief of catarrh, bronchial cough and chronic gastritis. Also helps with intestinal and mouth ulcers. These are all areas I could use help with. Having said all that, I drink it mainly because I love the taste.
Hope today brings good things to us all.
