Good Morning Everyone 🙂

This site does seem to go into some really intense conversations. It is a site designed to allow people to do that. I think there'd be a lot of people like me who don't do very well in main stream public conversations - as much as we'd like to. Some of us are just a little too individual to always carry a 'normal' (I don't actually believe anyone knows what normal really is) 'chat'. Some of us have really individual feelings on the inside, and the general public certainly doesn't seem to understand a need to back away, for what might seem to them, no real reason. No-one knows an individuals battle inside, that's what makes everyone individual. As I have given them the tital 'general public', I need to point out that each and every one of those people have their own battles too. So if your still breathing, congratulations, you are coping - it's just a matter of what level your coping at 🙂

Yes, it seems to be a particularly intense moment on the forum just now. I like how you mention too that people who make up the (sometimes scary to me) 'general public', have their own battles too, sometimes without any outlet for expression or relief. It's great that we have this space, even though it can be a bit rough on us sometimes too. Remembering the breath is a good one for just about every situation, isn't it?

Hope things are much smoother and more peaceful in all our days today.
