Deep breathing is always a good thing to do to reduce anxiety. 😊

Have been working on a card / cake / thingy for @Former-Member today to drop into her Sleeping Too Much thread before I go to sleep, but my afternoon turned crazy-busy unexpectedly. Looks like she hasn't been around much this afternoon anyway .... after a very emotional weekend.
