Yes, I'm feeling better today @Former-Member .... but I have an underlying low feeling that is associated with WH not being well.
It's only reaching diagnosis and intervention that will shift that one I think ..... now that he is away for a more extended period of time, it's bubbling to the surface more, but that is necessary too .... venting ..... 🌷💕
I have to keep myself busy ... put scaffolding into my day ..... and find good things to focus on to keep me connected to the world around me ..... not let WH's issues take up the whole view. They are his issues as the end of the day, and we have to keep boundaries over them.
I know some forumites are not comfortable with diagnoses being like a label, but in the case of eating disorders, you can't get help without one, and I think even then, that will just be the start of what is hurting him so badly underneath it all .... 😔
There is bright sunshine outside my window now ..... after waking to heavy rain a few hours ago when it was still dark. The weather forecast is only for a top of 19 though, and windy.
Better get a move on .... it was a special celebration at church yesterday (I know you've had a bad run with churchy types 😘) .... but today is the usual Sunday service and I am better there than moping around here .... and if I don't set the example I won't be able to shift my kids either, who aren't doing much other than moping around here ... their response to WH being away ....
Back later in the day for another coffee .... ☕️❤️💕

There is really nothing much anyone can say about WH @Former-Member ..... he will be lost until he's found .... and that's really the bottom line .... but I appreciate that you care ..... ❤️💕

And you are entitled to speak the way you have about church people .... some of them really have the wrong end of the stick, and we have had a lot of work to do to overthrow controlling entities within our church across quite a few years, but we're getting there ....

@TAB - in a moment of 'i can take on anything' i got out my toolbox and the whipper snipper. The whipper snipper won grrrr. I mowed the grass anyway and now I'm tempted to get out scissors and cut the edges so they don't do my head in to look at anymore. Yes or no? Haha. Good luck at work tomorrow (while I remember)!
