yes.. that's the problem with stuff like that @Former-Member it tends to feed off itself. "There be dragons* yeah I know that feeling well! You need to write it down.. even the CBT/Mindful lady said how important it is to write things down because apparently it utilises a different area of the brain so actually stops that flow of information and helps you focus more on what you are writing. I know it works in practice, I didn't really know why it does until she said that tonight. So just start making a few notes.. or edit the ones you have already made. To try to help clear your mind a bit.

well its a bit hard wtih no grammar..... you just have to guess! and that leaves things very open for my mind to sift through @TAB That's not a good thing cos my mind tends to go in a zillion directions at once unless I'm down then it just goes nowhere pretty much.
