I'm gearing myself up to get out for a walk.
@Former-Member ..... my toe is healing up well, as long as I don't spend too much time standing in one spot. Then it starts to ache. Have to go to the dr for something else today, so will run it past her while I'm there.

@Former-Member - sorry to hear you're not feeling great. I think anxiety and stress can definitely take it's toll on your body and come out in aches and pains. How did your husband take the news of you trip away? Kids have a got dress up and plate of food thing tomorrow so I went off to pick up a few unexpected things. As for being fit, I'd say I'm *reasonably* fit considering how terribly i look after my body! My tailbone did not appreciate all the potholes and puddles I went through yesterday so I'm pretty sore today which is a little unusual after ride. It'll be right tomorrow i think. Do you enjoy going to your group?
