@Former-Member you asked how long I've struggled with PTSD, since teenager, but didn't get help until adult, so it takes longer to "get over it" if one doesn't seek help straight away (so I've found out )

yes @Former-Member I did.. but @Former-Member and @Former-Member helped get me back on track and then I've put it behind me.. was still a bit shakey this morning.... but by this evening I'm back to solid ground. Thankyou for asking 🙂
