I think it's loneliness turning into sadness at my aloneness and it's a breeding ground for misery and I-can't-do-this-anymoreness. Gotta pull myself up and out or just sleep it off. Going to have a shower and see if it helps before bed. Sleep well @TAB, whenever it is that you get to bed. Hope you're jumping up and down if that's what you want soon.

I have a hubby and teenage daughter, but sometimes I still feel alone.
I have been isolating from family and friends for a long time due to complex PTSD
You mentioned you're on your own with 3 little one's, that must be difficult for you.
You must get very tired.
Did you do anything nice for yourself this weekend? 💕

Hahha funny @Former-Member. Am trying to keep warm in front of tv wondered whar could do to feel better well brain came up with eno lol well back is making me feel a bit nauseous.

I'll be ok thanks @Former-Member just sad and tired and missing things a lot tonight. Little people have had some big things to sort out today and it's exhausted me which hasn't helped. I feel that isolation too particularly recently. Circumstance drove me in to isolation of sorts, and my mood is making me isolate myself from what's left. It's a trauma thing for me too. Sorry to hear you feel it as well. Have you been working through it for long? It can be super tough.
I did a somewhat ok platinum job on my hair as my nice thing. Kind of wishing I'd gone rainbow now but at least it will give me something fun to play with if I want this week.

Bella2, I like your logo with the cat playing with keyboard! Thanks for thinking of me and I had a better after-noon having a well earned rest from arthritic pain.
