Ha,ha hardly...popular town this time of year.
But yes one pub pub..other drinking holes are present.
Local is closer and has great playground for kids this time of year!

Sure, good to do something different @TAB...I'm feeling a bit pulled in all directions of late.
We have a friend, kind of dropped off a bit. He's been through hurts etc.
Hopefully he resurfaces, am feeling might need to do some mothering!.

hi, bit all over the shop atm, just got back from fathers, met me at door in a rage, abusing me for using wrong door, for leaving etc etc I said nothing, dropped dvd leads I bought for him to watch some dvd and left, getting yelled at angrily for using wrong door re his system. doubt if ever see him again.

Quite alot of older people get cranky/aggressive, not easy to deal with them, that's for sure. Some become very negative. I can understand why you don't want to see him @TAB.

I guess it wouldn't help, saying something to your dad about how he treats you?? I guess it's gone too far now and you've had enough?
I thought about working in aged care years ago. I did one day's voluntary, that was enough, lol. I'm too sensitive to cope with some of the old people there. One lady in particular was so arrogant/rude. What the heck! Not for me. I'm not good at switching off. Had too much cra## in my life to actually work with it, lol.
Mind you, alot of old people are lovely.

see how I feel in a few months time maybe. When people are loud, angry rude and agressive, well there's no point unless want to do something besides talk lol .. @Former-Member and thats not even on my radar, just turned and walked as said. there's no wins there, I can be in trapped in a place with some abusive person no matter how old they are.
