You must feel pretty lousy, not having slept. Sorry to hear that, I hope you can sleep tonight.
And you're not bringing me down at all and it's ok if you feel like talking about how you feel, whether it be good or bad. It's fine, more than happy to hear how you're going. But it sounds like you really need to try and sleep., but please, never feel that you are bringing anyone down. I had my big whinge last night.

Oh my. Yes I do drift in and out, appologies...I get tired and if sleep button hits I jump on it, till I randomly wake in one of those moments of omg...where was I!!! Lol
Right well first coffee has done zilch this morning, might need stronger brew going on.
This creamy smooth mix, ain't strong!! 👎
@Former-Member, I have not caught up, but from what I see you had some troubles over Xmas. It's so challenging, the aspect of not being amongst individuals but yet still feeling a loss.
Hopefully in time, maybe you can build new family?
That's what I have been thinking for self when I feel isolated. I really came to a stand still on dealing with people, if they want to know me they will. If not, why was trying to fit in, and still be invisible. So pfft no more of that.
Just because they may be partners circle he has known forever doesn't make them all mine. I can be an incredibly strong, determined person...the ones that see this come back and get to know me more. The others are lost in their own insecurities.
@Former-Member, oh my goodness can do relate to your troubles. If what I do know is time fixes those horrible hours, moment's. One day you will start to recognize who you were before it all started changing, in turn changing you...and you will 're-live again.
Of recent I realize even more than I have done and trust me, it's taken 2-3 years..it's humiliating to realize who we had become.
@Zoe7, nice to meet you. Like your style 😊..oh and did I read another beach goer. Gosh there is a growing many...beach therapy is the best!

Hi @Former-Member nothing happened between me and sister, well that hasnt been happening for years. She was actually very good, and very good with/to me. Father had repeated goes at me over similar things 5 min speech why wld u buy a lettuce and dare to put in my fridge. then lemon version, then tomato version, then I hid his platewarmer for microwave from him last xmas and he only just found it apparently. plus i hid his raincoat by daring to look in a trunk of old stuff in garage, and well, gee it must have been on top.. so its ..Who did this.. sis hastily goes ,,peter .. then i get to hear it for next five mins,but since had 10 or so other speaches already my head was spinning and decided best not to be there .. actually he is probably genuinely concerned he cant find stuff, but never knew how to deal with people, so does the personal blame thing. Also he has a new personality this trip. Not the him of forever. not he friendly him of last year, its loud know all rude, WWII tank gunner in some invaded country lol ok it is still him .. well at least brain still there, still can walk, still can put slippers on, that was amazing, holding foot out in front of him, doubt if I could do that lol

good idea re cuppa, thats what older brother still does. 3 hrs max. I used to do same, just a bit far to go for a 3hr visit lol. @Former-Member sis has issues ongoing, she was nice, ok had a few digs, but so did I, there were smiles, and got on ok with her husband and sons ok will shut up now, well ya could a not asked lol or read my old posts haha ,,kidding hope you get better coffee lol
