Hi @TAB ..... slept for a couple of hours I think, then woke up .... not sure why, but it might be emotional processing stuff .... bit down tonight, but I know what the trigger was and have given myself a "time out" to sulk a out it for a little while .... will get on with sucking it up tomorrow .... 😔

Hi @Faith-and-Hope yeah think I had 3 hours at most was aware I wasnt comfortable in bed so woke/got up, yeah I seem to have been a bit busier lately , bit thin on actual results as opposed to seeing seeing going through the process as a result ..see what happens Monday anyway and hope you and I both get tired enough to go back to bed at some stage .. I didnt check watch when got up, started looking at videos how fix annoying car key on the cheap, and it was 2am ish .. who knows lol
