..yeah ..'friend' who is prob bit dodgy themselves suggested no eye contact, never answer the door etc, dont try to speak to them, anyway, will try and bury it again @Former-Member yes running a good thing if you are up to it. Tough mum,you ..anyway do what you have to re help/advice, suggestions, be strong

yeah will leave neighbours thing ..well they werent so obvious when moved in here or til recently..stupid me ..just best to walk away sometimes yeah not always easy .. and yeah, dodgy car jack and wrench barely did the job re changing tyre, all about money these days, try and save 2 bucks on jack so its useless etc re car manufacturers anyway its done, get thru tomorrow and then have a go at fixing tyre myself, will be first time re tubeless, bought a kit when had long drive @Former-Member

Ahhh I've moved into places too @TAB that ended up with dodgy neighbours. Very unsettling. I used to be on guard if I went walking. It was more so because my eldest was around 3 then and I always thought protect My child. One day recall walking up the massive hill, to our street to come up our drive with the neighbour over the road start yelling abuse at me. I didn't even know them. I did notice later on a nurse would visit on and off so now I can see poor lady had her own issue's and her hubby seemed to be meek n mild. I think he coped her abuse fairly regularly.
Always know you will be ok, but with in keeping of your wits about you.

Maybe if a better opportunity arises look into it too. 😊

sounds like a nightmare esp with hill thrown in ..yeah been there years ago when was in govt housing re out of control neighbours, yelling etc, god knows how i got through it @Former-Member anyway starting to think my lease might not be valid etc, well they havent lodged bond, no inspection etc will look into that shortly and see where that goes things well re work etc get bad enough may just do a runner lol just walk away never done that before, and starting to think its a valid idea

It was a bit @TAB. I was out of there once lease was up. Never again! Yeah good idea. If there is no lease your not bound. Just make sure you let remaining rent be your bond money, I'm tipping they wouldn't give it back.
But then again they probably didnt do a lease knowing who you were moving next too.
No doubt you have sized them up to know what the situation, is with landlord.
Or even just tell them your concern and that you will stay to X date then be moving out.
Probably better. I'm a believer in karma. Always comes back to bite you!

Hmm landlord is bit if an idiot plus never met them I signed a piece of paper they got off the Internet by looks and obv never got bond receipt cos they pocketed it. See what happens am just freaking a bit @Former-Member soz for sharing

Its ok @TAB. Wow. Hmm well find where you.can go, leave place tidy and really nothing can stick. I'm not sure on validity of an internet paper lease. Sounds like a verbal agreement. Maybe you could call tenancy tribunal. They would be able to tell you straight out I reckon. Given it doesn't sound that legit, maybe it's not the worry you think. I'd put that on your def to do list tomorrow. 😊
