I've been really busy with my boys.
My middle son started surf groms, so little in his wetsuit & the youngest. I watched his first class in admiration with other two running a bit feral on the beach. I was just saying to my partner I'm sure we look a sight, on Sunday when we took the dog for a walk, pram,bike also in tow! 😱
kids are kids in a sense, some people just look at me like I'm mad!!!
Well playgroup today for my lil man + I. Then an appointment!

I just got home.
Exhausted, ready for a rest, wish I could nap. 😴😣
Went to a new group. Lady teaching how to overcome anxiety, anger, trauma etc..........
Had to really push myself to go.
Easy to stay home, but no gain to not seek help when needed.
I've done my best, now I need help again.
Cried there, but nice group of ladies, it didn't matter. Others were crying too. 😢😊
Feel like there's hope.
Going again next week and also made a private counselling session with the lady.
Seek and you shall find.
It's worth pushing through and seeking for help.
Anyway. Rest time.

Well done re the group @Former-Member yeah I remember nieces and nephew at nippers, not sure how long they went for, they just stick to swimming netball and afl now, I went with them to nippers once, they were last pretty much seemed pretty competitive, well they were having a go, think their dad wished he had done it, not sure they were ever that interested lol
