hm sorta re hibernating was busy for a bit @Former-Member well at least you are doing exercise, I tried silly piece of gear someone left here the other day, one of those bendy bars, cant do much with it think its going in the rubbish lol

It's hard to motivate to exercise, for sure.
I hate the feeling if I don't though. So I end up usually forcing myself. Haven't gone walkies for couple of days.
Have to wait until just before dark, otherwise it's too hot. 🏃
Anyway, better get moving for shopping again.
Oh and PTSD support group sounds lovely. I'll ge going tomorrow. Small group, so that helps. 😀 Please don't feel you have to chat @TAB I understand. 🐱

Just meant its not very useful re bar. I hadn't been walking but did go this morning. Early morning better for me. Am bit flat today @Former-Member hot again etc well and can't wont do anything. Am on a break from here sorta but look every now and again re chatting

well hopefully it may start to change soon @Former-Member i've become achey today, but got walk in if nothing else and at least you are doing it re forcing it, I do that too a lot, well when I do do it lol
