Yeah @Former-Member I was sort of expecting some more specific advice from dr but its not really their thing guess . Yes will have to do some googling and experimentation lol 😸

Was too tired to think of saying so last night .... woke up a bit stressed during the night cos WH has got something up his nose at the moment but is just being reactive, not talking about it, but being cold in the way that tells me it's my fault rather than just being tired and grumpy ... :face_with_rolling_eyes: I suspect MIL meddling 😡 ... but have to wait and see what materialises .... so chatted on here for a while, then went back to sleep.

I am definitely on the mend. Coughing is much lighter and all other symptoms reduced to almost nothing. I felt strong enough yesterday to "have a day" and did some light cleaning and straightening up .... although WH has made a fair fist of that while everyone else was out to it .... ✅
WH was travelling ahead of all of us, so had "recovered" first ... but of course his focus was on resuming The Regimen asap ... so while he has been reduced to walking rather than jogging, although he has been jogging and gymming as well, yesterday's 1st walk was a 2 hr marathon effort (I know where he went cos he brought. shopping back from there). Then he did gym, 2nd walk, coffee bar walk .... and could hear him coughing on and off last night. He wasn't yet past the low-grade temp, so the flu might rebound on him yet ....
MIL also still not well, but taking on going out and about, coffee shop (cigarette smoke), etc, then coming home exhausted and back in bed, still coughing badly too. Might get another rebound there.
Kids all down with it now to different degrees, so up to a different round of symptoms, but doing okay.

Wow, so annoying. Your amazing how you tune off from MIL..that takes practice.
I think I'd get snakey but no doubt it surmounts to nowhere.
WH sounds like a very stubborn fellow. 😏
Look after you in all this caos, I'm sure just a warm cup of tea and chat here would be of company now.

@Shaz51 taught me to put the @ in front of people's names so they know i mentioned them ... i didn't do that before ...
It's a learning curve for me. Technology has never been my strong suit ...
I will try to bring some sunshine with me always ♡ 😄
I have been washing clothes all afternoon .. I had a decent amount just for one person !! I had to wash my horses rug, he has a bad habit of rolling ...
