I'm not feeling bpmuch better yet. This flu virus is a strong one, but cold & flu meds and anaelgesics are helping. I'm not much good at just lying around tho ... lol ... so I am distracting myself with online puzzles on my iPad, and flicking over every now and then to check for forum notifications.
I am glad that you have worked out how much you are being triggered ... at least that is providing an answer as to why you are struggling so hard and long with depression. If you don't want to, or can't move for other reasons, can you look into whether there are programs available that desensitise you triggers ?
Its just a thought.

Thanks @TAB .... slightly better today I think. The force of it has just landed on S2 tonight so he knows all about it now, and D2 is a misery.
