Hmm interesting. Good way to look at it @TAB. I know I need desperately to go back to psychologist. I did a cllear our yesterday of my cupboard. I was effectively throwing away hurt and 're-owning my sense of Self. I had begun to feel worthless, unattractive, and swallowed up by society. I'd lost myself ...do it's fine line's for me..my moods change but vulnerability made me swing downhill quick. It's very frustrating. Something's are maybe not good for me. Hmm I'm not making much sense but errr your wise you probably get it!

Wise is not wise does maybe re me @Former-Member.. yeah , done a few cleanouts before sometimes hard at first, sometimes just good and necessary , well plus usually deferred re procrastination etc it can all help even if sonehow feel a bit empty afterwards.. Glad you are going to see someone, sometimes that's the hardest thing, deciding.. well besides actually going there 😬Lol
