I've been doing a bit of counselling on myself.

If we over react to something, it often is due to something that has happened to us (hurt, rejection etc). Anyway, it's a process. As long as we're trying, that's what counts.
Healing can be slow. 😣😭😩😂

I suggest you just listen to their old cd.
@TAB is good with music. My taste is a little to daggy for most.
eg: I'd suggest the Eagles or Pink Floyd or Dan Seagar. That's what I've been listening to the past month or so.
