Hello @Appleblossom. I just had a quick walk up the street and back. Trying to prevent a panic attack from coming. But the street lights in our country town are few and far between and not very bright. So mt son didn't feel safe - which meant I didn't.
Very hard to put that sort of responsibility onto my 14 year old. But there is no one else to help me at this hour. And then he starts questioning the stupid Workcover reviews - which just gets me more anxious. Although I've taught him well - to think.
So, the walk wasn't a geat success.

@TAB. It doesn't matter that you didn't go before. You are going now. That's what counts. A new start for 2017.

..or not.. main reason for going was to get pain relief sorted. Way am feeling atm think today's cancelled. Guess having cancelled appointment will give me some resolve to go when make the next one
