Yeah its a bit like Im doing fine, what are you bothering me for re appointments @utopia, had same in past re drs, job network etc when working felt it was dragging me down, not helping. Told them that them bothering me when things going fine wasn't really helpful. At all..

@Former-Member I sometimes have off the cuff thoughts like that, but best not to be thinking that, will just drag you down.

Morning @Former-Member, I'm back peddling here as I've not been on and trying to work out what has upset you.
I'm feeling sad you feel no support. I understand this feeling well at times.
You know I have little moments of 'aha' and recall things others have said to me via this forum.
Yesterday I recalled your thoughts on lies, & deception re. The why people lie. It made a great deal of sense to me. So thank you. It helped alot. I guess I find thoughts take time to process themselves, unravel in relation to present circumstances.
Maybe we are both creatures of 'over doing' which leads to loss of self and the time to 'just be'.
When we are too caught up we can't think, feel anything anymore.
I wish I could drop by for a cuppa, treat you to some cake in real time.
It's hard to feel so alone in those moments and yes it propels the no one cares, or truely gets it feelings.
I shall try & keep up today if you feel like the need to download anything or just chat, if that helps too.
You are an amazing girl with such a kind heart.
