yes I do, had a good day..made deals..help people....added vaule to my life and others ...the process helped my recovery, still have issues with minfulness as it does not relate making a differance in the real world, only helps at at local level..thats ok but ???????????????????

Hi @Former-Member I just got home, another huge day out. My daughter likes to keep going once we are out. She even wanted to go to the night markets, but I knew that it wasn't a good idea for me. How did your day go? You mentioned that you had to go to school today.

Hi @Matt12 It is a good feeling helping others. I am learning to do mindfulness. Sometimes I find it very difficult to switch my thoughts off though. It helps to listen to mindfulness on utube or similar.

Well, I'm ready to relax. Went ten pin bowling (something we rarely do). Then shopping and had late lunch. Went for a huge walk at the beach on the way home, then a food shop. Night markets would have been too much for me. Time to watch a movie. I hope everyone has a nice weekend. xoxoxoxoxoxo
