I read about your little one having surgery today.
What a relief that it's over, but very draining for you .
Situations like that are so exhausting, especially when it involves our children.

I went through a stage where I found that listening to classical music was helpful for switching off thoughts in my mind and relaxing. I didn't think it was my type of music, but sometimes I love it.
Hadn't listened to it for ages, but did in the car today (during too many stresses going on) . It did help a little.

thay have taken mum up to the bigger hospital 60 km away by ambulance , they are going to do the scan tonight
