@Former-Member Sometimes it is diificult having the energy to stay 'caught up' but that doesn't mean that you don't fit in. Do try checking in thread - seems to be a good one to stay connected even when you don't have much to say or the time or energy to 'listen'. And yes Christmas had it's stresses for everyone and even for those who had some good experiences it is exhausting. So hard to try and stay on top of it all when you really would rather not do it at all.My day went remarkably well but I am now suffering the effects from all the physical and emotional energy it took. Hope you are doing ok despite the exhaustion

Sorry @TAB 😺 I went off to cook dinner etc. Plus was feeling exhausted from taking anti anxiety med to go shopping, lol. Probably will wear off by the time I go to bed.

Yesterday, after lunch, daughter and I went for big walk at beach and took photos. 😀
