Also had very sad news about the one and only sibling I love and used to be a carer for. Has a deteriorating disease. Not nice to hear about or watch it happening. Find it extremely hard to cope with on top of triggers.

Have 3 appointments today, so I need to get moving. Just wanted to apologize for not replying yesterday. 😙

I was carer for years. Broke my heart when I couldn't do it any more. Emotionally and physically exhausting.

Been away since mid Nov @TAB .... but have a family home-away-from-home in Gr so we can park up long-term here as long as we've got all other bases covered .... the mini-trips are something else .... bit like going interstate for a few days in Aus, visiting rellies some of them .... others touristy stuff.
