to be quiet honest my condition stresses him espescially when one of my alters cant be touched or shell scream which makes it hard when mr 4 wants mummy but he does his best to cope and ive been studying counselling but really love to write i have 2 novels in progress a fantasy and a horror/crime

I have watched YouTube docs .... kids are very adaptive and resilient .... there are other families with your circumstances, and there may be a support group once you have a diagnosis where you can share management strategies with people travelling ahead of you.
There are other writers here on the forum, and a poetry thread. I enjoy writing too, but no novels in progress .... sometimes wonder if I'm living in one ....

@Faith-and-Hope, am sleeping like a log despite no earplugs re ear infection, back talking to me, tum a bit iffy but nothing bad, not sure why am not ringing 'work' /doing job apps as need money/to get back into swing of things. Maybe medical other day is still pending re having to delay hearing test re work, starting to feel uncomfortable yet stuck re work situation, trying not to worry about it but no action either..hmm

I'm here, in pain etc, lol. I'll be ok. I tend to overdo things at times.
Plus started back on exercise machine. Caused flu type symptoms when I first bought it. Then I was ok, went away and didn't use it. Back to square one. Good for getting rid of toxins and lymphatics, but not for how I feel, lol. Should be ok in few days. Exercise is good, I won't give up. 😀💪 2 walks at 2 different beaches last night, on way home.
I hope you feel up to looking for work soon (not that I think you're lazy). I can imagine how frustrating it is not working when you need money. It's a satisfying feeling working.
Probably knocked you about, the :pile_of_poo: thingy last week, prep etc............

Well, was asleep before midnight. Wow! 😀
Woke with a nightmare.
Wondering if it was because we drove past the place where I was drugged and s####### assaulted.
It doesn't bother me like it used to, but I guess memories will always be there in subconscious.
Talked to hubby about it, how I spent approx 6 hours at police station and drove around in CIB dectective car, to show place etc......
My girl was at school while reporting the creeper.
He's in jail for 20 years, so that's great, that he can't hurt another person.
Sorry for the rave. Felt I needed to vent. ❤
I'm over it, but memories like that probably will remain forever, but not hurt as much.

Thanks Bella2 for mentioning me -it means much. Not too bad and now I have a 12 weeks kitten to care and look after - it is so good to have her in the house - she is called Fleur after the main character in the TV Series The Forsyth Saga.
