how do you delete you posts and comments?

I've requested to have them removed but the actual fill in thing glitches out, how do I delete them?

Hi @Quinn

Can you use the email option and email me which posts/thread and I can remove them for you. Not sure why you are having that glitch - sometimes it's a signal problem.

Send me the details and I'll sort it for you.
