Stuck and can’t escape it.

Hey,

things are hard and I just can’t seem to escape it, I went to the emergency room last night hoping to get the help I needed from mental health clinicians but they basically sent me on my way, I had SH which was why I went and they still discharged me, I ended up calling them crying for help and they told me to go home and try my coping skills, barely even made it home without having a massive crying episode and having to take myself back for them to just tell me I’m fine and discharge me again.

I feel like I’m just a burden and mistake, it feels all to overwhelming, they are supposed to be there to support you not just send you on your way when your basically in crisis.

the nurse I got when I came back was really rude to me she was a mental health person and basically told me to go home and try my coping skills.[edited by moderator] I was upset and really not feeling great mentally.

im just stuck on what to do, I feel like I just can’t escape it…..

@Fluttershy1 I think it’s a good idea to keep trying. Do you have a private psych or pdoc?

I’m really glad for you that Pink Elephants was helpful @Fluttershy1 💜🌺 however I do completely understand how the physical and emotional changes are just so overwhelming and hard to move through darling 💜

you have us here holding space for you and staying alongside you, with some of us knowing what it is like to be here right now sweets 🌺💜

@creative_writer - I have a psychologist, but no psychiatrist. Just gotta keep fighting, watching my fish at the moment

@Fluttershy1 I was asking because it may help to get your psych involved in when trying to access more support. Your psych can advocate for you. How are you feeling today?

@Former-Member @creative_writer @Snowie @tyme @Jynx @Former-Member - went to the doctors today and I have got tonsillitis and I will need to see a ENT specialist, I feel terrible, I’m struggling mentally aswell which doesn’t help. I’m safe

It’s horrible @Jynx - I’ve never felt so terrible. I’m safe, still grieving though, it’s so hard.
