Aww @Fluttershy1 that is super rough. It can feel pretty devastating to be turned away from support when we feel we need it most. I can see how much you're trying your best to keep your head above water. I'm glad you've got such a kind and caring CM who will check up on you so often. @creative_writer bed time is approaching, and you could always jump into bed early and read or scroll some memes or something - I think even just being in bed can start sending signals to our brains that it's time for sleepies.
