sounds a bit hard knowing grandma wants you to sleep but you can’t 😔🫂

I think I do understand regarding daytime sleeping… there was a time when I felt safer to sleep during the day, so I used to sleep then, instead of at night 🌺💜🙂

After a while my body got used to it, and I was more awake during nights than days (and later on when I worked permanent night shifts, I found it came back very quickly and relatively easily to sleep during days and work my overnight shifts as a sleep technician).
I hope you can get some rest, and take it easy, even if you don’t sleep so much overnight 🙂🌺

I don't think anyone can 'force' you to sleep. It needs to be on your terms.

Can you sit down with your grandma and talk to her about your sleep? Perhaps come up with some sort of routine that you will try to follow.

It's hard when other force their ideas onto us without knowing fully how it affects us.
