Stuck and can’t escape it.

It is a comfort @Former-Member - yeah I have POTS, it’s playing up which isn’t fun 🤦🏼‍♀️

Oh, I’m sorry POTS is playing up today. From what I understand it’s a very tricky problem to manage 😔

I sometimes have a very slow heart rate that results in fainting at times, and it can be a real bother 😞 and sometimes affects a few days, limiting activity.
If I could, I would put my boot in the butt of whatever is causing it! 😉🌺💜

I hope the POTS can settle and you get some relief from the symptoms soon ❤️‍🩹🙂💜

I totally understand @Former-Member - it’s extremely hard to manage, low blood pressure high heart rate. I wish I could give it a boot it up butt of it if I could.

Hopefully it controls itself otherwise I’ll be off to hospital again for it…..

I hope it does sort itself out for you, and hospital is avoided…however, if you do have to go, they have the means to ensure you’ll be ok POTS-wise 🙂

…but, I do acknowledge how tough it can be to go to hospital for things that are hard to treat - I find often times emergency doesn’t manage chronic disease flare ups very well, unfortunately.
Your frustration regarding the impact of POTS on getting study done is completely justified - it’s a proper pain, and I totally understand 💜🌺

@Former-Member - it won’t sort itself out at the moment which is really frustrating.

it’s starting to get in the way of what I’m doing , not feeling well physically. Was planning to go down to the beach but I don’t think that’s going to happen now. It always wreaks my plans

I was thinking that solutions or at least something to help is very hard to find?
when my pulse drops, I haven’t yet found something that’ll help, and instead I wait it out 🌺
