Stuck and can’t escape it.

Hey,

things are hard and I just can’t seem to escape it, I went to the emergency room last night hoping to get the help I needed from mental health clinicians but they basically sent me on my way, I had SH which was why I went and they still discharged me, I ended up calling them crying for help and they told me to go home and try my coping skills, barely even made it home without having a massive crying episode and having to take myself back for them to just tell me I’m fine and discharge me again.

I feel like I’m just a burden and mistake, it feels all to overwhelming, they are supposed to be there to support you not just send you on your way when your basically in crisis.

the nurse I got when I came back was really rude to me she was a mental health person and basically told me to go home and try my coping skills.[edited by moderator] I was upset and really not feeling great mentally.

im just stuck on what to do, I feel like I just can’t escape it…..

Hey @Former-Member @Jynx @creative_writer @PeppyPatti @lavenderhaze @Shaz51 @Former-Member - sorry I’ve been so absent I’ve been struggling a lot with my MH and I was unwell with tonsillitis, I now am in ER with suspected meningitis. Been waiting 11 hours to be seen and still haven’t been seen, I feel terrible. I’m safe

@Jynx - I feel terrible, got kicked out of the last hospital so I’ve had to go to a different one. I feel terrible

Thanks @creative_writer - things are quite hard and overwhelming, I’ve had to move to another hospital because the other one wouldn’t help me

@Fluttershy1 oh geez, that sucks so much hun. It's really demoralising to be kicked out hey. You deserve care and support, especially with how hard things have been lately! I hope the new hospital is doing right by you!

how are you doing? I hope you’ve been diagnosed and treated regarding suspected meningitis..

@Former-Member @lavenderhaze @Jynx @creative_writer @PeppyPatti - it was a migraine attack which wasn’t very pleasant got the help I needed though and I’m feeling a lot better, I’m at home in my own bed cuddling with the cat and planning to go back to sleep.
