What more do I need

What more do I need

I've had depression , anxiety , panic attacks for 16 years, 2014 I was diagnosed with OCD ( no surprise) ADHD and maybe Autism. I was on meds but 2 years ago I took myself off them as I felt better.

But now my depression and anxiety with panic attacks have returned in a big way, really big impact. My life is in a mess. Now I'm back on the medication with Meds to help me sleep. Last night I had the best night sleep getting 6 hours of sleep, compared to 3 hours.

Im hoping that things will work out and I will return to some normal state soon, but ATM I'm down.

Feeling rested but anxiety is still high. Had a panic attack but just used breathing which helped.

That sounds more positive than yesterday. Well done

I had a pretty crap night. Couldn't sleep myself and jumped at any noise. Completely understand the anxiety at the moment. Off to see my GP in about an hour. Lucky to get in so quickly - really good to have such a supportive GP - just need to check in and get some positive vibes from her. She always seems to pick me up a bit, even if it's just for a few minutes.

Hope your anxiety decreases a little through the day. Remember to do something just for YOU.

@OCDadhd, Just read the last few posts with you and @Zoe7, Glad to hear you have take some really goods self care steps in the last couple of day. Good on you.

Happy to hear you got a decent nights sleep for a change. Keep up the breathing with the anxiiety. Some times I find it help full to self talk and recognise what is happening. ( Oh, I'm having and anxiety attack. I know this will pass soon.) Small things like that may help you as well.

Keep in touch.
