Reccomending the best approach is "Sharing your reality in moderation".

It also relates to the struggle on my "Not Sure" thread. He talks about distinguishing these things as an amazing skill .. so I feel less foolish as I struggle to learn it. For me it is not a simple question of "choice".

Just watched another video on family rejection. Wow. This might Sound silly but I've always been attracted to your post AB. And wonder now if this was the reason. Thanking you again. I'm not feeling as crazy. robert articulates feelings and reasons far better than I can myself. And helped me give myself permission to feel what I feel without thinking I'm crazy or something wrong with me. I feel like sending some videos to my family but that would be over sharing. Ha ha.
