Thank you for your post and for sharing with the Forums community!

It sounds like you are recognising that your behaviours are not what you would like and acknowledging that you are misusing alcohol. It can be easy to fall into these behaviours and find ourselves drinking too much on a regular basis. It's great that you can see it and can talk about it openly with your peers.
