justanother47ys, my foot are aching, where is W.A.????? If you lived here in the great Island you would be sweltering one minute, drenched the next, blown away and then overheated again. If you go for a top dip be carefull of the guppies I hear they eat people.

kristin, I thank you for you words of encouragement, but, sometimes they fall on deaf ears or ears that refuse to listen. I really hope I don't sicken everyone with my ramblings, but without this forum I know exactly where I wouldn't be.

Thanks for sharing how you are feeling. I can relate, I'm sure others like @Rick can too (@Alessandra1992 also, but I think she's away lucky thing). Please rememind yourself that the intensity will pass, I know it feels excruciating in the meantime. What helps you to self-soothe Loopy? We are here for you, so keep talking to us please. And if that is using prose then so much the better - however it flows out. Better out than in I say.
