Hi I need some help or advice
so my father passed away in 2017
while I was. Incarcerated
mum died while I was next to her the day after my birthday!
i am an only child! Be through a few things but I feel like it’s time join them !

Do you have any professional support? Like a counsellor, meds, psychologist or psychiatrist?

These are all great responses you have had here, no doubt your really trying to navigate through everything and its going to take some time, please don't be feeling like your a mess and don't have it together its completely normal to feel the way you do, take you time be kind and patient with yourself and do the healing that you need to do, then when you feel ready seek out a counsellor to help you unpack your thoughts and help you achieve some goals, getting out of the house and around other people can also help with your mental state, do you have any relatives or friends you can contact for support ? and of course this community is always here to provide as much support as we can.
