My NY’s resolution is don’t smoke. I’m a nonsmoker. Resolution achieved ✅

.. I feel a lot better now at 0930 than did at 0530 @Glisten .. the wonders of sleep and berocca etc

ah yeah I smoking was 5 years ago today. thats 5 years no smoking now.

I think I know roughly what want to do,well I do., just need to work on how. and its between me and the gatepost lol

Yes its Hindu @Glisten but anyone can participate! I've seen shamanic fire ceremony too. Don't know about Buddhist traditions. Used to belong to a pagan community not far from me and the host was into all kinds of white magic and interesting metaphysical things. She was a great psychic and could access past lives via self regression. She was very advanced along her path.

Just got an e-mail to say we have a large solar flare that has just been released into the atmosphere. We are in what is called a solar maximum in 2024 with lots of intense sun activity with space weather. All kinds of psychosomatic symptoms / ailments requiring awareness and self care @Glisten.
