The work it to harness that mind @ArraDreaming . I know it's extremely hard when you are tired, but being mindful of it is the first step.

I think for me, I sleep @ArraDreaming I like to switch off by sleeping it off. I recognise that's not easy for you to do though. Does browsing through your phone help?

Here's the facts - you wanted this job sooo much, you made such a wonderful impression at the interview that you actually got the job, you have been so happy to get this job and you know you can do it - so do we. All that self doubt and over thinking is scary because you have not always succeeded at everything but buddy, that is natural. For tonight, take some deep breaths, think back a few days and how happy you were and above all believe in yourself as we believe in you. You got this - and I have no doubt that it will be wonderful for you.
