Get out for a bit anyway @ArraDreaming before Mrs leaves. Even a small break will break the mindset. I always leave school for even 10 minutes at lunch time - it helps me have a break from it all.

My mum was all like "But you only get one graduation ceremony don't you wanna celebrate?" and I'm like ya my idea of celebrating is to have some friends around for music and mad chats, not sitting in a stuffy room with 100s of people I don't know so I can walk across a stage and get a piece of paper 😂

Oh man you track your exercise with a smart watch too? Been the bes for my ADHD brain - reminds me to get up and stretch, and shows me how much I've been working on the butt-groove in my couch! Deffo gotta do something uppity tonight, prolly have a dance after work. Hope your run is good and helps you regulate, watch or no watch!

@Zoe7 aww bless, that would've been sooo nice! Kids show such pure forms of love, it's always such a big boost to my mood seeing/hearing stuff like that! Well I hope that you can get some solid hours of rest in tonight. Also, I don't think I've ever heard about your fur babies, what kind are they? Knife-handed miscreants (cats) or boistrous balls of loyalty (dogs)? Or they could be something else haha I'm all curious now.

Both @Jynx Toby is a white ball of fluff. He is a dog but thinks he is a cat ...and Clover is a squishy faced cat who thinks she is a dog - so they even each other out LOL

@Zoe7 aww bless! Must have been big influences on each other! Do they get up to mischeif? My kitty cats are both pretty young so they're always play-fighting and tumbling around. I'm surprised my house is still intact haha, just waiting for the day they knock over something precious 😳🤣

@ArraDreaming haha you could always play surprise hide-n-seek - the surprise being they don't know they're playing! My dad always used to do that, hide in odd places and jump out to scare us!
