I know I watched it hey, but I can't remember it. My memory is pretty shot! I might revisit it actually, be worth a lookie loo. I know it was pretty meaningful for my mum, she used to work as a dietician in the local Aboriginal Medical Centre, so it would've been huge for a lot of her clients.

Yeah for sure @ArraDreaming it's so wild. It was same with the twin towers falling - I remember being at school that day too, and I think we got a half day off or something? So at the time all I cared about was no school - didn't realise how much the world was about to change.

Another day off for me today @ArraDreaming but back to work tomorrow. I really am not great but the worst of it has passed. Taking Tobes to the vet later today then an early night - hopefully with some more sleep I will feel a little better tomorrow. Also had my physio appointment today so will be sore for a couple of days.

LOL physio buddies - that is pretty cool @ArraDreaming What are you having physio for? We are working on my back (of course). My whole body is pretty tense from carrying the pain for so long. I have been doing some stretches but it was great to get a professional opinion and the right exercises to do to help relieve some of the tension and hopefully the aching everywhere.

Just took Tobes to the vet to get his bottom checked. The vet cleared his glands and now he is very stinky. I have washed his bottom but may need to do it again. The good thing is he seems much more comfortable already. I will take him back in 4 weeks to get checked again and see if that has cleared completely. Thankfully also, it was a really cheap visit. I am a bit like you at the moment - watching every cent, deferring some bills and just having to be late with some others.

@After my accident had pretty frequent intense treatment on it for a while then last year they moved to monitoring/as needed so that’s a positive

Same here - very sore @ArraDreaming but I know it will get worse before it gets better.

Stupid backs - they affect everything and make it so hard. I hope yours is okay after the initial soreness goes quickly.

I am going to have a bath tonight to help with a bit of the soreness. Heat helps me a lot.

Back to work for me tomorrow but honestly, I would rather another day to get through the soreness - just don't have enough sick days to do that.
