Sorry to hear that you are frustrated.
Can you do anything to relieve that feeling? I spoke to my psychologist about emotions such as frustration the other day and she said these emotions come with urges. She encouraged me not to give in to the urges

I know that because I don’t believe anyone is stupid. Some people are not academic but that doesn’t make them stupid. I believe that everyone has a strength or talent of their own.

Perhaps the noise around you was the culprit and it was not because you are dumb. Ask your employer for another chance to complete the course. Explain about the noise and distractions. Next time go to a quiet place
