It is always an option @ArraDreaming - especially if you're feeling unwell! Maybe you can see how you feel in the morning, and tonight just focus on getting some rest or distracting yourself with something?

I getcha @ArraDreaming. Still, you have felt this way before no? Usually things do tend to feel better by the morning, so sometimes it's just about getting through the night.
