Just the basics @ArraDreaming .meats, vegies, pasta, canned this and that. A fry pan and one or two pots, and occasional coffee.

I spent a bit of time in a similar situation @Stout when I was a bit younger wish I knew about that little idea though

I socialise and go to the gym lately @ArraDreaming I don't have a partner and like to keep busy, so I don't get into my head. RiverSeal
