I am not vegetarian but we eat a lot of tofu I like cooking Asian dishes @RiverSeal

That does sound like a good way to escape into your own world for a bit @ArraDreaming! I like to cook bbqs and have one on my balcony and I make nice pastas too after having worked in a few Italian restaurants back in the day. RiverSeal

I haven't done brisket before but I'm getting a new bbq soon with a hood so maybe that would be something good to try @ArraDreaming! RiverSeal

I didn’t know how to cook when I was younger and I usually just lived off noodles and garlic bread, I taught myself in the last 5 years or so
