Yeah… @tyme I’m ok, I hurt my foot today actually so I’m already in bed with an ice pack

Oh dear @ArraDreaming . Sorry to hear you have injured your foot. Means you can't chase after the kids for a while. Please take care. You need your feet.

it’s really not ideal
It’s really painful
I have had a nice few days so far with my family
Tonight is just tough I think, it’s hard hey because it’s like I’m having a great time but also other things in my head don’t stop when I go away it’s still there

@ArraDreaming I hope your foot is okay today buddy. I am really unwell. Made it to my psych appointment this morning but have been laying on the couch the rest of the day.

My foot is ok, still really sore and swollen but did manage to get a few pool swims and beach swim in with the kids today…

Can't get in at short notice but wouldn't be able to drive anyway @ArraDreaming Hopefully rest will help. I have anti-nausea meds that my GP gave me a while ago for when I have a reaction to my other meds - so hoping they kick in and help soon. Just exhausted - which is often the case at the end of term anyway ...so planning on doing nothing for the next few days and hoping that will help.
