LOL @ArraDreaming If I don't take a list then I forget everything I need. I went to Kmart earlier to get two things and could not remember what the second thing was (until I got home) - didn't think I would need a list for 2 things - WRONG lol

It is great that you have had a lot of people help you @ArraDreaming but never forget - You have been the one to do the work to change. If those people had not helped you then who knows where you would be now but I am so proud of the man you are, the Dad you are and the partner you are. As I said another time - light shines the brightest out of the darkness - and you are certainly that light.

I just love my family so much that I don’t want anything to happen to them @Zoe7 it’s my biggest fear is that they will do that to my family (or someone dying)

Yeah I understand those fears @ArraDreaming For me it is the fear of the house on fire with my fur babies alone when I am not here. I do not know where that fear comes from but it can be pretty overwhelming sometims. I suppose we can never foresee the future and that is why I try to just live in the moment. Worrying about what might happen was a major thing for me for so long - now I am much calmer not going to 'worst case scenarios' - just enjoy the good times hey!
I truly love chatting with you @ArraDreaming and even more so love seeing your growth, strength, courage and compassion - keep being you buddy because you are enough.
I am going to head back to Kmart but I won't be gone long. I will check in with you when I get back.

@Zoe7 @Birdofparadise8 please know I would never ever do anything to hurt or upset my family I would never do the things my parents did to me I would never do that I care about them so much
