I’m glad you got to the basketball
We had a great day we went to a few different walks and just went exploring little miss even slept on the go
we stopped at bakery for lunch too
It was really nice just a really good day where everything went smoothly and everyone was happy

I watched the basketball on tv @ArraDreaming There is no way I could sit for that long at a game yet but maybe next season.
What a wonderful day for you all. It sounds like the perfect family day buddy 💕

just trying to remember that we might not have all the money in the world (although getting a little better now I’m working)
but we can still take the kids out for fun days and experiences which only cost the petrol and if we want to buy food there… kids took their bikes and there was few trails they could ride but most of it was just us walking as a family @Zoe7 little miss loves the carrier

You have it spot on @ArraDreaming Kids will remember the family times rather than if they got the newest and best toys etc. So these family days out are the best. I know I have said this so many times buddy, but you really are the best Dad. I cannot wait to hear about your little miss growing up because I have no doubt Daddy will be super protective LOL

Just not getting much sleep @Jynx
Pretty standard stuff I guess but even when I am asleep it’s really bad quality I wake up wondering if I ever slept at all
Yeah kinda random, unplanned trip to see some family I Cairns, my wife’s sister… her parents are going up and recently shouted us flights to go with them to visit , in a few weeks we are only going for 5 days cause my work
